Role overview
The Remote Trading Operations Specialist supports day-to-day trading operations, assists clients with platform-related tasks, and ensures smooth order execution within operational guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting, client interaction, and real-time trading support.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support for trading activities and platform use
Assist clients with inquiries regarding order placement, execution, and account functions
Monitor system performance and report technical irregularities
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve user issues
Maintain clear communication during high-volume trading periods
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading operations, fintech support, or brokerage services
Strong understanding of trading platforms and order execution workflows
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Knowledge of CFDs, forex, or equities trading is an advantage
